- Can I use this with coaching?
Yes! Absolutely. I’m happy to talk to your current coach, and discuss the optimal schedule considering your overall weekly and annual training plan.
- Can I use this without coaching?
Yes!! Or, if you are looking for full sport coaching, I will refer to a trusted coach in your discipline. I do take select athletes myself. The most important part is fit. This might be me (for Rowing or Endurance), or another trusted coach.
- I’m already strength training with a coach or personal trainer. Why would I need an extra service?
Strength train with a strength coach. Strength and performance training are 100% geared towards athletic excellence. It is a specialized field. These programs are periodized, specific, and directed towards performance outcomes.
- I love cross fit!
Great, do you want to do cross fit or perform at your sport? By all means, if you love cross fit, go there. If you want to perform, come see me.
- Not all of these sessions are hard? Shouldn’t I be doing more?
No, they shouldn’t all be hard. They should be difficult, but doable. The challenge will be doing them all consistently as written, and executing with perfect form. No more, no less.
- Where do we train?
You have options. Covid-Complient in all. 1) Zoom. 2) Become Fitness, Methuen. Private hours available (5-6 am, and 11-4pm). We will be the only ones in the gym. 3) Local track/ park (S. NH/ MA region). 4). Your house. 5) Do the plan 100% remote. Send me your video via BridgeTracker, and I will give feedback. Intra-app video messaging is included with your plan.
- Do I have to do a 1-1?
No. Send me your video via the Bridge app. This is included in the base plan. But, 1-1s accelerate progress exponentially. Your performance, your choice.
Training is important - and I can help you with that for sure! Purposeful training accounts for several hours of the week. BUT, challenges around eating, food, and/or stress happen multiple times throughout EACH day.
I can work with what you have available. At bare minimum, you’ll need: Mini- Bands, Longer Bands, foam roller, dumbbells and/or kettlebell (light, med, heavy). Everything available here:
- Daily nutrition? Lifestyle coaching? Is that appropriate if a) I'm already pretty fit or b) I'm not already fit?
