 What is Nutrition Coaching for Athletes??

What it IS:
  • Consistent athlete/coach interaction
  • Weekly check-ins

Here's what it's NOT. 
  • It's NOT a single a visit to an office, with someone who may or may not understand you/ sport.  
  • It's not eating  exactly12 almonds at 4pm. 
  • It's not an additional stress to your life. 
  • It does not include embarrassment, shame, or judgement
  • It's not a list of food to eat.  
ASK YOURSELF:
If you've tried nutrition before, or think a general meal plan will fit the bill.  Ask yourself.  How'd that work out?  Consider a live interaction.  This is progress.

Outcomes:
