Personalized online strength/speed coaching. Can be used in conjunction with current training, or as stand-alone. Programs are written by a strength coach, who is also a certified coach in your sport.
Delivery: Bridge Athletic will house the overall training plan, plus back and forth videos, unlimited chat, and athlete/coach notes. Your stats, PR's, and data will be kept here.
Each day, you'll see the current workout, plus demo videos and written instruction. Full workouts can also printed or uploaded to a third party (ex/ Training Peaks). Athletes are able to make notes, and/or shoot their own videos, for coach review and comment.
Nutrition can be your secret weapon. Performance Optimization, Health, Lightweight Rowing, Daily Fueling. Daily Check-Ins, Weekly Calls. Custom nutrition guide, updated as needed.
